Brief Description
We’re hiring Financial Accounting Specialists to help train and evaluate AI systems on real-world accounting workflows.
You will translate accounting knowledge into structured tasks and evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
What You’ll Do
* Review AI-generated accounting work for correctness
* Translate workflows into structured tasks
* Analyze financial statements, reconciliations, and entries
* Provide feedback to improve AI outputs
* Document accounting logic and decisions clearly
Domain Focus
* Month-end and year-end close
* Journal entries, accruals, reconciliations
* Financial reporting and compliance
* GAAP / IFRS
* Audit and internal controls
Requirements
* 5–8+ years in accounting, audit, or financial ops
* Strong GAAP knowledge
* ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
* CPA preferred but not required
