We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Credit Controller to join our collaborative Finance team at Omniplex Learning. This role is central to maintaining a healthy cash flow, improving reporting, and reducing bad debt. You’ll work closely with Sales and the wider Finance team to manage the full credit control cycle and take ownership of the sales ledger. Proven experience in credit control and sales ledger management Strong internal and external relationship-building skills Confidence using ERP systems A proactive, persuasive, and results-driven approach Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Broader finance assistant experience (e.g. bank recs, VAT knowledge) About The Role You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end credit control process, from raising invoices to reconciling accounts and reporting. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and the opportunity to drive process improvements.
