Basic Salary circa £40k, OTE of £60k
Dual Main Dealer
Monday to Friday Our Client, a Franchised Main Dealer, are currently seeking an Service Manager to join their friendly team. Our Client has a great reputation of being a family friendly business, and provides a great working environment. They are very established within the Main Dealer sector and benefits from strong manufacturer support.
Our client is seeking an individual with a strong background in an automotive service manager role

To handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently.
To assist with the running for the Service and Parts department, maintaining efficiency and profitability
To ensure all brand policy and legal regulations are adhered to stringently
Accurately maintain the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity.
Assist with the management and coaching of the service team
Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements.
Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times.
Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the business.What our Client expects of their Service Manager:
Experience within service management
Full UK Driving Licence.
Have a good attitude to work at all times.
Strong organisational skills
Experience within the automotive sector
Experience with Kerridge is beneficial
Strong customer service skills
