Working Hours: Permanent, Full-Time, Rotating 36.75 hours per week
Week one: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday between 07:00 and 15:00
Week Two: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday between 11:00 and 19:00 and Friday between 07:00 and 19:00

G4S Facilities Management is seeking an experienced and dedicated Full-Time Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and maintain clean, safe, and supportive environments across multiple mental health sites. A full UK Driving License is essential for travel between locations.
About The Role
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind our cleaning services across the mental health facilities. You'll be responsible for ensuring all healthcare standards are met, directly leading your team, and keeping multi-site operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Please Note: The sites you will cover are located within a 3-mile radius of Julian Hospital
Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and motivate your cleaning team(s) working across multiple sites, ensuring their growth and success.
* Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are consistently met in a critical mental healthcare setting.
* Coordinate daily tasks, manage stock, and maintain efficient operational flow across all sites.
* Problem-solve and promptly respond to feedback to guarantee the best service quality.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need
* A full UK Driving License is essential (due to the multi-site nature of the role).
* Proven prior cleaning experience, ideally within a commercial or healthcare environment.
* A strong ability to lead and supervise a team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team management and reporting.
* Reliability and conscientiousness (ensuring consistent standards across sites).
