What you will be doing
* Promote and maintain high standards of quality within the nursery, with a focus on the environment, resources, and experiences provided to children.
* Take on key carer responsibilities for assigned children.
* Ensure all children in the nursery benefit from rich, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate experiences.
* Plan, prepare, and support childrens activities effectively.
* In the absence of the Team/Room Leader, oversee and manage the day-to-day running of the environment.
* Contribute to ensuring that all nursery practices and provisions align with the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). xxuwjjq
* Support and mentor students and unqualified staff to promote and maintain high-quality childcare practices.
