What Youll Be Doing:
As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering first-class customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest technology
* Conducting vehicle service in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and customer requests
* Carrying out any additional repairs once authorised by the customer
* Warranty repairs are per the manufacturers guidelines and relevant write up is complete
* Taking the customers vehicle out on a road test to ensure all faults are rectified
* Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard
* Carrying out MOT tests in line with ministry guidelines
Were seeking individuals who are:
* Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
* Experienced within the motor industry
* Hold a full and valid UK driving licence
* Self-motivated, yet team-oriented
* Ambitious, eager to learn, and committed to high-quality work
