Business Support Administrator – Arc Partnership
Location: Nottingham, England, United Kingdom
Arc Partnership is a joint venture between Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) and SCAPE, dedicated to delivering efficient, safe, and sustainable land and property solutions. The Business Support Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the Business Support Team continues to provide an excellent, responsive service.
Responsibilities
* Organise, attend and minute meetings across the business which include both internal and external stakeholders.
* Assist with the formatting of PowerPoint presentations.
* Draft, review and format reports and other documentation in Word.
* Arrange travel, accommodation and catering requirements for the team as requested.
* Organise Continuing Professional Development sessions.
* Monitor, allocate and respond to emails in shared business mailboxes.
* Maintain staff directories and new‑starter/leaver records.
* Maintain supplier contracts information and other finance records and key project documents.
* Input and maintain project information in the client database.
* Process payments and expense claims.
* Provide cover for reception as required.
Requirements
* Experience of providing administrative support to an in‑house operation team.
* Experience of minute taking, diary management, and organisation of meetings.
* Experience of drafting documents including reports.
* Substantial experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Outlook.
* Experience of acting as first point of contact, responding efficiently and effectively to internal and external queries.
* Experience of organising travel, meetings, visitor hospitality and events.
* Advanced typing and secretarial skills.
