About you
NMC-registered Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager in a similar setting.
Strong background in elderly and dementia care.
At least 4 years experience as a Home Manager (or equivalent senior leadership role).
Confident, compassionate leader able to inspire multidisciplinary teams.
Skilled in budget and resource management while maintaining quality.
Location: North Staffordshire (commutable from Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent, Stafford, Crewe, and surrounding areas).
