A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a close-knit, high-performing property investment office in the heart of the West End. This is a beautifully run, Family Office environment with a genuinely warm, sociable culture – think stunning offices, a well-stocked kitchen, team breakfasts twice a week, and a group who enjoy a good laugh alongside delivering exceptional work! Supporting a highly respected UHNW Founder, this is a true 50/50 EA position blending business and personal support. You’ll be at the centre of a dynamic day-to-day, managing everything from complex diaries and inboxes to travel, lifestyle arrangements, and property-related administration. You’ll also collaborate with the wider team and provide light support to senior leadership toward the end of the week, making this a varied and hands-on role where no two days look the same. This role is office based. Duties will include Full diary and inbox management Coordinating travel, holidays, and personal arrangements Liaising with household staff and drivers Managing aspects of a residential property portfolio Booking restaurants, meetings, and events Supporting with property and office-related admin Providing ad hoc support to senior team members when needed The ideal candidate Property sector background is desirable Polished, confident, and naturally personable Not afraid to get involved Has a sense of humour!
