In this role, you'll play a key part in creating high‑quality educational multimedia designed to help international doctors prepare for their board examinations.
As an integral member of the learning team, you'll take the lead on filming and editing video content, producing podcasts, and developing other audio materials that are essential to exam preparation. You'll also contribute to the design, development, and refinement of the wider digital learning portfolio, ensuring every piece of content is engaging, accessible, and aligned with clear learning objectives.

* Salary: £31,400 - £35,000

About you
We're looking for someone passionate about creating meaningful learning content with strong video and audio editing skills. You'll be highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and confident in guiding and briefing contributors, including managing external suppliers.
The role
As a Learning Content Producer, you will:
* Design, create, and edit audiovisual learning materials for professional education
* Collaborate with internal colleagues, external stakeholders, and subject matter experts to produce engaging, accurate, and accessible content
* Support the redevelopment of existing courses and the creation of new multimedia resources
* Manage content production timelines, outsource where necessary, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Work closely with educators to define learning objectives, develop briefs, and maintain alignment with the organisation's standards and DEI principles
Key responsibilities
* Oversee the filming of video content in-house and with external production partners, and complete final edits of video and audio files
* Design content that meets user needs and learning objectives, incorporating feedback and best practices
* Create engaging content in collaboration with SMEs, including storyboards, briefs, and editing of multimedia assets
* Manage digital learning projects, build and maintain a content pipeline, and oversee supplier relationships while ensuring IP and copyright compliance.
