Join McCarthy Stone as a Care Assistant – Make a Real Difference! This role is based at Brunlees Court in Southport.
Hours: 20 hours per week, with potential evening and weekend shifts as arranged with the manager.
Pay: Starting at £12.39 per hour.
Responsibilities
* Enable residents to live independently and actively by providing light domestic duties, coordinating resident activities, and assisting with appointments and shopping.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 1 year in a UK health and social care role is preferred, with a passion for working with older adults.
* A Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory.
* Location: ideally located within commuting distance to the estate.
