Multi Trade Operative About the Role We are looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join our client's busy Projects Team, delivering high-quality fit-out and refurbishment works across a range of client sites. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed to the high standards our clients expect, while adhering to industry regulations, company procedures, and health & safety legislation. This role involves working on new store fit-outs, refurbishments, and general maintenance projects across a variety of sectors including retail, healthcare, and residential. Key Responsibilities New Store Fit-Outs & General Projects Working across clients including retail stores, care homes, HMOs, and commercial spaces: * General building maintenance, decorating and finishing works * Office fit-outs and meeting room installations * Building and installing shelving systems * Ceiling works alongside M&E teams (often out of hours) * Plaster boarding and plastering feature walls, painting and finishing sales areas * Installation of shelving systems and store equipment, fitting ancillary items (clip frames, fire safety equipment, signage) Skills & Experience Required * Essential: Experience in shopfitting, maintenance, or multi-trade roles * Ability to carry out a wide range of general building and maintenance tasks * CSCS card holder * Good communication and teamwork skills * Strong timekeeping and reliability *...
