Contracts Manager
£65k per annum + car allowance/package

We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join a leading main contractor construction organisation in Portsmouth. The organisation focuses mainly on delivering new build developments and highly complex refurbishments on both private and public sector projects.
Role:
Heading multiple construction projects, requiring leadership and strategy
Travelling to site, all of which will be within an hour of travel from Portsmouth
Set up and lead projects from the front, including the planning and procurement, programmes, resources and contract agreements.
Manage budgets, compliance, client relationships to deliver optimum service
Provide support and training for Site ManagersYou must have a previous track record as a Contracts Manager and proof of success, ideally with a multi discipline main contractor. Able to demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills.
