We have an amazing opportunity for a skilled Quality Engineer to take ownership of quality processes, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in ensuring high standards across production and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Whys, and other problem-solving tools Manage non-conformances (NCR), corrective actions (CAR), and engineering change notices (ECN) Own and manage the RMA process, ensuring effective resolution of customer complaints and returns Drive continuous improvement (CI) activities across manufacturing processes Carry out inspection and quality checks using CMM, Faro Arm, and metrology equipment Work closely with suppliers to ensure robust quality standards and processes Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards Experience Required Minimum 5+ years experience as a Quality Engineer within manufacturing Strong experience with CI tools: 5S/6S, Kaizen, VSM, Pareto, Ishikawa, QCPC Proven ability in root cause analysis and problem solving Experience using CMM, Faro Arm, or similar inspection equipment Strong understanding of quality systems and process improvement Highly organised with a detail-focused approach
