What You'll Do:
As a Marketing Executive, you'll take ownership of the company's marketing campaigns and drive results. You'll work closely with the founder to build and enhance strategies that generate leads, boost performance, and support their company's growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working with data, this role is for you!
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Launch, monitor, and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube
2. Analyse performance data and make real-time adjustments to improve results
3. Run ongoing split tests across creatives, audiences, and funnels
4. Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers on creative assets ️
5. Build and refine landing pages and funnel journeys
6. Track KPIs daily to identify opportunities for scaling or improvement
7. Report on campaign performance and key metrics
Key Responsibilities:
8. Create and enhance landing pages, lead magnets, and sales funnels
9. Manage and optimise advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube
10. Monitor campaign performance daily and report on results (cost per lead, conversions, overall performance)
11. Run split tests across adverts, audiences, copy, and landing pages
12. Build and improve automated campaigns to nurture leads and increase conversions
13. Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure alignment with company goals
14. Drive registrations and attendance for live events and webinars
What Our Client is Looking For:
15. Hands-on experience running paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), with a working knowledge of Google and YouTube
16. Experience in building and improving landing pages and basic funnel journeys (including email follow-up)
17. Strong analytical skills to assess performance and make informed decisions
18. Excellent copywriting skills for adverts and landing pages
19. A proactive attitude - take full responsibility for outcomes and solve problems without being asked
