A look into the role Reporting to the Assistant Manager and/or Store Manager you will help to lead the store team to provide a shopping experience that exceeds our customers expectations and makes a difference in the local community.? AsTeam Leaderyou will: Alongside the Assistant Manager and/or Store Manager - leading the store team to follow store policies,standardsand practices.? Taking responsibility for the store in the absence of other leaders (includes keyholder responsibility). Train, manage the workload and support your team, whilst being hands on in store - ensuring you work together to achieve the right resources in the right place at the right time to deliver the best customer experience.? Support the Store Manager to maximise store performance which includes understanding and implementing the store plan and priorities. Skills for Success Joining us asTeam Leader,the?minimumcriteria?youllneed is: You must be aged 18 years or over (for store legislative requirements) along withpreviousstore retail experience, of which at least 6 months have been at a supervisory level leading a team of people in a customer-focused environment.?
