Staff Call UK Ltd are looking for an experienced recruitment manager to join our expanding team based in Hessle.

Staff Call UK Ltd is an established and dynamic care provision providing the Hull and East Riding Area for the last 20 years, with excellent results.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Officer based in our head office located within Hessle. Daily duties include collaborating with management to identify hiring needs, screening potential employees, conducting interviews, and maintaining an active talent pipeline to meet organizational goals. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and ensuring compliance with relevant recruitment policies and practices.

Experience working within Health Care is essential.

Understanding Autism, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health would be advantageous for this position, although training will be given for the right candidate as part of Staff Call UK Ltd's commitment to excellence.


Skills

* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates.
* Collaborate with HR team to understand staffing needs and requirements.
* Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to build a robust candidate pool.


Candidate Management

* Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews.
* Manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
* Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.


Compliance

* Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations, including externa stakeholders regulations.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes.


Reporting

* Using in house software, to generate reports and KPI stats.

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in the healthcare sector.

Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
