To provide an efficient and accurate service for customers. Ranging from quoting, answering relevant questions on all product ranges available and liaising with other members of staff to ensure customer requirements are met. Working closely with the rest of the sales team to ensure that all enquiries are answered in a timely fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
* · Liaising with customers in a variety of different means, face-to-face, email and on the telephone
* · Accurately pricing customer enquiries and quotation requests
* · Inputting customer quotations onto the internal computer system
* · Checking orders before being released to production or sent to a supplier
* · Logging customer concerns and with resolutions and costs
* · Liaising with other departments such as transport and production to ensure orders are made and delivered on time
* · Answering and fielding customer's technical question regarding relevant product lines.
* · Sourcing prices from 3rd party suppliers where relevant
* · Responding to email enquiries sent to the group email in a timely fashion.
* · Coordinating with the rest of the sales team that all enquiries are answered as quickly as possible
* · Processing Sales orders when required
* · Office cover of other areas when required
* · Chasing enquiries
* · Negotiation of enquiries
* · Ownership of quotes & orders
