The Role

Each year, we take on a number of apprentices to work within the specialist building services industry. Our positions suit self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals who possess:

* A minimum of grade 4 in GCSE Mathematics or Functional Skills Level 2.

Along with one of the following:

* A-levels: An A-level grade profile of EE.
* T-levels: A T-level graded Pass with a core component profile less than C.
* BTEC: A BTEC grade profile of PP, achievable from either an Extended Diploma or a combination of smaller BTEC qualifications.
* Apprenticeship: Achieve an advanced apprenticeship (Level 3).
* Access to Higher Education Diploma: 32 UCAS Tariff points.

Other Level 3 qualifications are accepted for entry. A minimum of 32 UCAS Tariff points is required. Non-UCAS Tariff-based Level 3 qualifications are also considered.

All applicants must demonstrate a desire to continue their education. We offer various career paths, including project management, work winning, estimating, quantity surveying, and purchasing. Further training and qualifications are identified through annual personal development reviews, where employees can express interest in additional training to aid career progression.
