WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site

Join our dynamic Consumer Marketing CRM Accelerator team to help bring customer plans to life As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you'll manage the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle plans for the Affluent, Savings and Investment customers. This is a brilliant opportunity to develop your marketing career, working alongside cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful customer experiences and commercial impact.
What you'll be doing
* Manage the delivery of CRM Marketing for Affluent, Savings and Investments.
* Effectively manage the CRM campaigns across run and change to deliver against key jobs to be done. Maintaining a consistent and relentless focus on performance and automation to continue to drive improvements in the scale of impact from CRM Marketing.
* Managing the ongoing programmes of work, taking successful new campaign work in from Pods to automate and scale.
* Stay on top of marketing trends, continuously experiment with new routes to market and continually understand and leverage new data and technology.
* Maintain high standards of execution across all campaign work to ensure we deliver against target outcomes.
* Demonstrate a culture of stellar collaboration, communication and focus to enable pace of change and transformation.

What you'll need
CRM Marketing – Experience executing Customer Relationship Management plans that optimize for audience, channel, cadence and content in a multi-channel (paid, owned, earned) environment across the customer lifecycle, to increase engagement, brand loyalty and commercial outcomes. Adept at managing and optimizing marketing activity inflight to drive continuous improvement through testing, leveraging communications knowledge and understanding.

Campaign Management – Deep and proven experience of assisting the delivery of multi-channel CRM campaigns safely and compliant to FCA rules. Comfortable managing multiple campaigns/channels/executions with rigour to ensure high standard of execution across target segments.
Agile Models of Operating and Fast Paced – Advocates agile ways of working. Focuses on key changes required to improve marketing agility (e.g. technology, tools, organisation development, ways of working etc.) Active collaborator, connecting across multiple teams and disciplines in agile pods at pace
Control Management – experience managing budgets, workflows and risks associated with their marketing plans. This includes adhering to accurate budget management and FP processes. It also includes showing the work in workflow tools like JIRA and Workfront
