Responsibilities
1. Create and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive engagement, building rapport, and generating repeat business.
2. Manage the end-to-end sales journey, prioritizing customer wants and needs to help them achieve their ideal bathroom.
3. Collaborate with in-branch colleagues to build relationships and cross-sell to trade customers.
4. Increase local awareness of the showroom using creative marketing strategies.
5. Continuously improve the showroom to exceed customer needs and expectations.
