Job Description Salary: £31,500.00 per year. Working 5 days over 7, 52 weeks per year. 40 working hours per week (plus 1 hour unpaid breaks per day) Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring smooth service across both service areas Lead and motivate staff to maintain high service standards and client and manager satisfaction Handle manager queries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and discretion Ensure the department maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Support the management team in implementing policies and enhancing service offerings Oversee events and private functions as required Serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner to our wonderful students, staff and guests 7 days a week and looking after all the other needs that arise across the campus.
