You’ll play a key role in helping them navigate their energy journey with confidence and clarity.This is a hybrid role, with the flexibility to work from home or our #Exeter office at Gadeon HouseYou’ll be part of a collaborative team that values ideas and continuous improvement. Whether resolving a billing query or guiding a customer through their account, you’ll help deliver a seamless experience that reflects EDF’s commitment to service and sustainability.Who You AreWe’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
