* Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
* Proven ability to manage a full residential caseload, including freehold, leasehold, new build and complex transactions
* Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality client care
* Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
* Confidence using digital case management systems and new technology
* A proactive, collaborative approach with a positive “can do” attitude

* Handling sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold and new build transactions
* Delivering a consistently high standard of client service
* Supervising and supporting junior members of the team
* Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient case progression
