A growing, and we're looking for an experienced Structural Engineering Manager to lead our Gold Coast team.
This is a key leadership role where you'll guide a talented group of engineers, oversee project delivery from design through to certification, and help shape the future of our engineering capability.
Working across residential and light commercial projects nationwide, you'll play a hands‑on role in delivering practical, efficient and cost-effective structural solutions.
What You'll Bring
* 7+ years' structural engineering experience
* Strong leadership and mentoring capability
* Expertise in steel / light gauge steel design
* Professional Engineer registration (RPEQ, CPEng, NER or equivalent)
