Salary Listing: £30,783.00 - £32,772.00 per annum pro rata

In order to thrive in this position, you must possess exceptional skills as a Vehicle Technician, with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to completing tasks meticulously. Collaborating with a team of seasoned technicians, your duties will involve conducting inspections, servicing, and repairs on a variety of vehicles in workshops and other locations. As a group of devoted technicians, your focus will be on ensuring all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards through cost effective service and repairs.
As our upcoming Vehicle Technician, you will play a crucial role in upholding the maintenance of West Yorkshire police vehicles to the highest calibre. Your responsibilities will include servicing and repairing vehicles in accordance with manufacturer procedures and vehicle legislation. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying and resolving issues with police-specific equipment and upholding a secure working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

The Key Requirements...
Minimum of level 3 NVQ in motor vehicle engineering or equivalent i.e City and guilds in Motor Vehicle Engineering or equivalent.
Full UK Driving Licence
At least 1 years Experience in motor vehicle engineering
Time Management, achieving industry standards, achieving performance targets
