HR Advisor
We’re looking for a proactive and credible HR Advisor to support the HR Business Partner in delivering a high‑quality generalist HR service. You’ll play a key role in day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives, people strategy, and employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide HR advice and guidance to managers in line with policy, best practice, and employment law.
* Manage employee relations cases including absence, conduct, capability, and grievance.
* Support absence management plans and delivery of people KPI’s.
* Maintain accurate HR systems and records, ensuring GDPR compliance.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
* Coordinate Occupational Health referrals and advise on outcomes.
* Support training compliance, engagement initiatives, and wellbeing activities.
* Assist with audits, ethical compliance, and Health & Safety initiatives.
* Champion company values, diversity, and employee engagement.
About You
* Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
* Confident advising managers at all levels.
* Hands‑on experience with HR systems.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* CIPD qualified or working towards (desirable).
* Experience in manufacturing or food industry (desirable).
