Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Channel Sales Manager to lead and expand our home appliances sales through distributor and dealer networks across the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in the consumer electronics or home appliances sector, proven experience managing distributor channels, and a proactive, hands-on approach to business development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to grow sales of home appliance products through existing distributors and to recruit new channel partners.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retail partners to increase product market share and brand visibility.
* Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and promotional activities with channel partners to achieve sales targets and profitability objectives.
* Monitor distributor performance, set KPIs, and provide regular sales analytics and forecasts to management.
* Facilitate product training, marketing support, and aftersales service for channel partners.
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, aftersales) to ensure excellent customer experience and execution of channel programs.
* Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the UK market.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* 3+ years’ proven experience in channel/distributor sales, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
* Familiarity with the UK retail and distribution sector; existing network with major distributors is a plus.
* Proficient in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are advantageous.
* Willingness to travel across the UK as required.
