A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its well-established employment team. This is an excellent opportunity to undertake a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with strong progression prospects, hybrid working, and a competitive salary package.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload, advising employer and employee clients on:
1. Unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing claims
2. Redundancies, restructures, and settlement agreements
3. TUPE, contract drafting, and policy advice
4. Representation at Employment Tribunal hearings
You will also support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the department.
