Female Support WorkerPay rate: £14Shift pattern:14:30pm - 21:30pm / 21:30 - 08:30A meaningful role supporting someone to live life to the fullestWe are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Doncaster.This person has complex clinical needs, tracheostomy, uses ventilation, and has a PEG feed — and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them.Your role will be all about building a strong, trusting relationship with this young person, understanding their needs, and supporting them to live life to the fullest.You'll bring a caring and empathetic approach, a willingness to have fun, and a passion for making a real difference in their life.While experience in complex care is desirable, what's most important is that you have a heart for supporting others and a desire to make a positive impact.What you'll be doingAs a Support Worker, you'll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences.
