Trade Marketing Manager
This is a full‑time, permanent Trade Marketing Manager position in a fast‑paced, lean environment. You will work closely with sales and marketing to drive performance across key retail channels.
Responsibilities
* Developing and delivering channel and customer strategies
* Leading 4Ps planning and execution across retail
* Supporting new product launches and in‑market execution
* Working with sales teams to drive category growth and performance
* Analysing customer, channel and market data to shape plans
* Tracking performance and optimising activity based on results
What Were Looking For
* Experience in FMCG, retail or a related consumer environment
* Background in trade marketing, category, customer marketing or sales
* Strong understanding of retailers and commercial drivers
* Experience working closely with sales teams
* Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable plans
* A candidate on an upward career trajectory
Package
* Salary: £50,000-£58,000
* Bonus: 10% (up to 1.5x multiplier)
* Car allowance: £6,120
* Pension: 10% employer contribution

* Hybrid working - typically 2 days in the office

Ability to analyse customer, category and market data and translate into clear commercial plans.
