Our client is a highly regarded investment management business with a strong reputation across the UK financial services market. Following continued growth and internal progression, they are seeking a high‑calibre ACA to join their finance team in a broad and commercially focused role.
This opportunity would suit a newly qualified ACA or an individual with up to two years' post‑qualified experience looking to make their first or second move from practice into industry.
Working within a collaborative and high‑performing finance function, you will gain exposure to senior stakeholders across the business and play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, business partnering and strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the delivery of statutory and regulatory reporting requirements
* Producing high‑quality financial analysis and management information
* Working closely with senior finance leadership on strategic initiatives and business projects
* Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
* Partnering with stakeholders across finance, operations and investment teams
* Driving process improvement and enhancing financial controls
* Supporting external audit and regulatory interactions
Candidate Profile
* ACA qualified (or due to qualify imminently)
* Trained within a Big Four or leading accountancy practice
* Experience gained within a Financial Services audit or advisory team
* Strong academic background and analytical capability
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Commercially minded with a desire to develop within a leading investment management environment
* Ambitious, proactive and keen to build a long‑term career within financial services
