Advert Economic Development, Business Support Assistant, Stornoway 30 hours per week, Permanent position £23,765 - £24,000 per annum, inclusive of £2,430 Distant Islands Allowance per annum A Business Support Assistant is sought to provide flexible, efficient and comprehensive administrative support to all areas of the Comhairle’s Economic Development Service, with a particular focus on the services being delivered through Business Gateway. You must have good knowledge of office procedures and computerised systems with the ability to use a wide range of MS Office applications. You will have excellent verbal & written skills and numerical skills. The ability to work cooperatively as part of a team is essential. You must hold a National 5, or equivalent, qualification in both Maths and English and have previous experience in clerical roles. Salary for the above post is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance.
