How you’ll make a difference as a Quality Lead
* Lead and manage a room within the nursery, ensuring high‑quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
* Support and guide the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
* Build strong relationships with children and families to meet each child’s individual needs and support their learning.
What a Quality Lead Needs
* Level 3 or higher UK‑recognised early years qualification.
* Excellent understanding of the EYFS.
* Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
* Leadership experience (desirable).
* Enhanced DBS check and commitment to safeguarding and children’s wellbeing.
