We're seeking a meticulous and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of our infrastructure projects. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Scheduling: Assist in developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients, facilitating clear and timely communication.
Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, escalating as necessary and assisting in the development of mitigation strategies.
Budget Monitoring: Track project expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgets and reporting any variances.
Quality Assurance: Support quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet our standards and client expectations.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in project coordination or a related role, preferably within the tech or infrastructure sector.
Prince2 knowledge / cert
Experience of RAID logs
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
Basic understanding of data infrastructure or cloud technologies is advantageous.
A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
