Key Responsibilities: Face to face, telephone, mail and e-mail contact with service users and partners, providing advice on detailed matters related to the service To arrange team meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes To be responsible for the administrative processing of householder information for a range of different grants and service requests including the data entry, scanning, electronic filing, production of reports, and checking of criteria to confirm eligibility for the services. To raise purchase orders and receive goods using the Business Central system.
