Job Description:
A leading insurance company is looking to hire an Interim Assistant Company Secretary. This role will assist the Head of Legal with company secretarial and corporate governance matters.
Role responsibilities:
* Organising and maintaining agendas and collecting, organising, and distributing meeting papers, including producing minutes and action points.
* Handling all company secretarial work, including services to clients, FCA/PRA filings, and other relevant submissions.
* Assisting with the development and maintenance of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, and monitoring adherence.
Requirements:
* Qualified Company Secretary/Governance Professional or England & Wales qualified Solicitor.
* Experience with company secretarial procedures, statutory requirements, filings, amendments to articles of association, share capital reorganisations, and share transfers.
* Extensive experience in minute taking and producing minutes in a technically challenging environment.
* Experience in reviewing contracts.
