Brooklands Commercial Finance Ltd are looking to recruit a new self-employed Mortgage Advisor to join their team in New Milton.
This can be a hybrid role of office based and remote working.
We have been trading for over 20 years and have established an excellent reputation with our clients and lenders. We are directly authorised by the FCA and not tied to the red tape of the networks. We are whole of the market and offer our clients holistic solutions including all types of commercial finance.
Your Responsibilities:
* To proactively generate new business
* To support and guide clients through the property mortgage process, through to completion
* Liaising with mortgage lenders, solicitors, and valuers etc.
* To encourage long term relationships with clients that encourage additional lending or re-mortgaging opportunities.
You will have:
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience within a similar role
* A CeMAP qualification or equivalent
* Ambition and drive
* Excellent relationship building skills
* An existing client base
