This full-time, permanent role is ideal for an Early Career Teacher seeking the opportunity to grow and develop professionally with guidance and structure in place.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver inspiring and inclusive science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
* Participate in the school’s structured ECT programme and CPD opportunities.
* Monitor, assess, and support student progress.
* Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific enquiry.
* Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities.
* Foster a positive and well-managed learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and the wider school team.
Qualifications and Experience:
* QTS or expected QTS by September 2025 (essential).
* A degree in a science-related subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Combined).
* No experience required—just enthusiasm and a commitment to learning.
* Strong classroom presence and communication skills.
* A passion for science and inclusive teaching.
* Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
