Teaching Personnel are seeking a passionate and skilled SEN Teacher to join a warm, forward-thinking specialist school in the Farnborough area. About the Role
As the SEN Teacher, you will:
* Plan, deliver, and adapt high-quality lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs.
* Work closely with support staff, therapists, and the wider school team to develop personalised learning plans.
* Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every pupil feels safe, understood, and able to thrive.
* Use creative strategies and assessment methods to support strong academic and personal development.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds QTS or QTLS.
* Has experience supporting pupils with SEN (including ASD, MLD, SEMH, ADHD, PMLD, or complex needs).
* Brings patience, resilience, and a commitment to holistic child development.
* Can differentiate teaching effectively and utilise a range of behaviour-support strategies.
* Is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
