Associate Recruitment Consultant - Engineering Project Managers. Are you a seasoned project planner with a passion for delivering complex, high-impact programmes? We are looking for an NPI Project Planner to join the Planning & Controls team, supporting a major New Product Introduction and industrialisation programme. This is a critical role ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards in a high-security, cutting-edge environment.
What Youll Do
* Lead planning and scheduling activities across engineering, sourcing, and project teams
* Align milestones and deliverables across stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security protocols
What Were Looking For
* SC Clearance (or eligibility to obtain it) – British citizenship preferred
* Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, and risk management
* Within marine, defence, or high-security industries is advantageous
* Proven track record in NPI and industrialisation programmes
* Proficiency in Primavera P6
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Familiarity with security standards in restricted environments
