What youll do on nights
* Take charge of the shift lead from the front, allocate support, and keep the team steady and focused
* Make the calls that matter assess, prioritise, escalate when needed, and keep everyone safe
* Run meds and clinical checks smoothly
* Keep care personal
* Hand over like a pro communicate clearly with the Home Manager so days and nights work as one team
