We’re looking for a commercially minded, organised and solutions-driven Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects from start to finish. This is a key role within the Client Services team, responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard, while fostering strong relationships with both clients and internal teams. You’ll bring a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to project delivery, ensuring alignment between client goals and agency outputs. You’ll be expected to lead by example when it comes to process, planning and communication, acting as the lynchpin between departments and the driving force that keeps projects moving forward. The role is open to applicants based in Glasgow or Manchester. Key Responsibilities Take end-to-end ownership of project delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met at every stage. Use a strategic approach to planning and delivery, from scoping and resource allocation through to execution, reporting and review. Manage and monitor project budgets, timelines and profitability—ensuring all work is scoped effectively and any overservicing is flagged early. Collaborate across internal teams and departments to coordinate workloads, manage dependencies and ensure deliverables meet expectations. Maintain strong client relationships, understanding their objectives and aligning project outputs with their business and brand goals. Communicate clearly and proactively with clients, managing expectations, identifying risks, and addressing scope creep or challenges before they escalate. Track project performance using appropriate tools and KPIs, producing clear, comprehensive reporting for both internal and client review. Drive process improvement across workflows and delivery models, contributing to greater efficiency and quality across the agency. Represent BIG’s values in every interaction, supporting team culture and championing a collaborative and solutions-focused approach. The Person We’re looking for someone who: Has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an agency or similar environment, with a strong background in managing multiple projects at once. Has excellent organisational skills and a detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure. Brings a strategic and commercial mindset, able to balance creativity with efficiency and client goals with internal capability. Is confident working cross-functionally with multiple departments and stakeholders, ensuring alignment across people, processes and outputs. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations and lead with clarity. Is familiar with project management principles and tools, and has a continuous improvement approach to workflows, systems and delivery models. Understands the importance of reporting and can confidently track and communicate performance against key metrics. Is proactive, accountable, and always looking for ways to solve problems, improve delivery and strengthen results. Aligns BIG’s vision and values, and actively supports the success and development of others across the agency. A relevant qualification in project management is desirable but not essential.
