What You'll Receive
* £45,000–£52,000 annual salary (depending on experience)
* Regular overtime + performance-related bonuses

The Role
* Servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance on German vehicles and all other makes
* Using dealer-level diagnostic software and specialist tooling
* Ensuring work meets professional and manufacturer standards
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workshop
* Keeping up to date with modern automotive technology, including hybrid and EV systems
What You Bring
* NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance
* Strong background in diagnostics, servicing, and mechanical repairs
* Experience with German brands or VAG vehicles preferred
* Knowledge of hybrid/EV systems, or willingness to train
* Full UK driving licence
* Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-focused approach
* Experience with supercars is a bonus but not required
