Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence? This company are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end operations of ahigh-volume processing facility.
About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you'll oversee the strategy and daily performance across the key business units. Managing a team of 50 production staff and 6 engineering/maintenance professionals, youll be responsible for delivering results in a complex and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Full operational and assembly departments
Maximise equipment reliability through proactive engineering and maintenance management
Implement lean manufacturing principles and real-time performance monitoring (OEE, KPIs)
Oversee resource planning, shift management, and workforce efficiency
Deliver cross-functional projects to scale operations and launch new products
Manage budgets, plan and execute CAPEX projects, and lead strategic investments
Mentor and develop the leadership team across production and engineering
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in a senior operations or plant management role, ideally within manufacturing sectors
Strong knowledge of lean tools, continuous improvement methodologies, and performance metrics
A hands-on leader with excellent project management and people development skills
Commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and capital projects
