Secondary SEN Teacher- West London Location: West London (Hillingdon, Ealing, Hounslow, Harrow, Brent) Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible) Salary: £160 – £230 per day (depending on experience and responsibilities) Start Date: ASAP or Negotiable About the Role Teaching Personnel is seeking passionate and dedicated Secondary SEN Teachers to work with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools and alternative provisions across West London, including Hillingdon, Ealing, Hounslow, Harrow, and Brent. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced SEN teachers or mainstream secondary teachers with a passion for supporting students with additional needs. You’ll be working with pupils aged 11-18 who may have a range of needs including Autism (ASC), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), and complex needs. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with students' EHCPs and learning profiles. Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development in a structured and nurturing environment. Collaborate with support staff, SENCOs, therapists, and parents/carers to provide holistic support. Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and learning.
