Overview
ALPINE RACING LIMITED is seeking a talented Design Engineer to join the Test & Validation Design group within the Engineering Office in Enstone. This role supports the high-performance F1 team and focuses on delivering reliable, validated design solutions for the race car, participating in cutting-edge technology development within Formula 1.

Responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with Engineering and Validation Testing to ensure seamless integration of test units onto state-of-the-art test equipment.
* Own the design and testing solution that enables accurate validation of car systems in a controlled environment.
* Contribute to the validation of safe, reliable, and performant engineering solutions for the F1 car.
* Investigate new and burgeoning technologies to keep testing capabilities state-of-the-art and ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with previous experience, ideally within F1 or another high-level motorsport. You should have a degree in Engineering (or equivalent) and a solid grounding in engineering first principles.
Preferred but not essential: CAD experience with Catia V5/3DX; training can be provided if NX or similar is your expertise.
Other requirements include being self-motivated, analytical, and a pragmatic decision-maker who can work with minimal supervision. A creative, innovative, and consistent approach to problem-solving is desired.
