What does our Front Desk team do?

Our front desk staff cover a variety of responsibilities within and wider Randox, offering excellent customer service to both our clients and customers, providing administrative support to wider teams such as payroll and some diary management for our senior stakeholders.

Location: 55 Diamond Road, Crumlin, BT29 4QY.

Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Various shifts: 8-4:40, 8:10-4:50, 8:40-5:20, 8:50-5:30 (Rota).

What does the receptionist role involve?

A varied role, responsible for operating our main switchboard, maintaining the internal time management system, greeting and meeting stakeholders such as customers, clients, interviewees, and assisting other departments like HR and Recruitment.

* Operating the main telephone switchboard.
* Connecting stakeholders.
* Updating time management systems.
* Performing administrative duties.
* Assisting departments such as HR and Recruitment.
* Booking meeting rooms.
* Diary management.

Who can apply?

This role suits someone who enjoys a varied role. Some relevant experience in reception, customer service, or administration is desirable, but we are open to candidates without experience as full training will be provided.

Other Essential criteria:

* GCSE qualifications in English and Maths.
* Ability to manage inbound calls.
* Effective communication skills: writing and listening.
* Attention to detail (data input).
* Proficiency with everyday IT programs.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.

Desirable:

* Previous administration or receptionist experience.
* Experience managing a switchboard.
