Job Title: Creative Artworker

Role Summary:
We are seeking an artworker who prides themselves on delivering high-quality design solutions and artwork across various projects and events. Join our dynamic design team to oversee all stages of artwork creation—from concept to final digital or print-ready files—ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-standard project completion. Precision, attention to detail, and a willingness to expand into asset design are key qualities we value.
Responsibilities:
Prepare artwork accurately for print, meeting all technical specifications.
Maintain consistent design quality and perform thorough artwork checks.
Implement and follow brand guidelines consistently.
Engage with studio projects, identify and resolve design or print challenges, and communicate potential issues promptly.
Collaborate with suppliers and designers to ensure specifications meet production requirements.
Manage both large-scale and small-format print projects effectively.
Maintain organized and effective file management practices.
Assist in updating and refining presentations as needed.
Work with 3D & 2D design teams to integrate graphic elements into events that reflect the brand message.
Monitor project profitability, adhere to budgets, and flag potential risks.
Experience and Skills:
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
Experience with various graphic formats, including signage and branding, preferably in the events sector.
Ability to work across print and digital mediums at different scales.
Comfortable handling high-volume print jobs under tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and proactive attitude.
Ability to present ideas clearly, both visually and verbally.
High attention to detail and quality commitment.
