Pay and hours
Our Phone Shop colleague rate of pay starts from £12.87 per hour; this increases to £14.08 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. It\'s our policy to offer new colleagues joining us in Tesco Mobile a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours each week. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you\'ll have 3 weeks\' notice of exactly when your shifts will be. We are happy to support flexibility for our colleagues; if the times you are available to work match closely but not exactly to the times we advertise, we would still love to hear from you.

You will be responsible for
* Delivering a great shopping trip for customers every day, following all opening and closing routines, ensuring facilities are in good working order and available for customers, and listening for and acting on customer feedback
* Creating an impression of pride in service, by modelling high standards of dress and readiness to serve
* Following the service culture in your department and modelling helpful, friendly service behaviours
* Delivering legal compliance and due diligence in your department to protect the brand
* Supporting your manager to control costs, maintain stock records, and be prepared for stock control routines
You will need
